The M4 building at 108 East 5th is the newest addition to the Main Alley creative campus in Vancouver's vibrant Mount Pleasant area. The 9-storey building will offer 204,000 SF of office, industrial and retail space, as well as 21,000 SF of outdoor amenities. As with other Main Alley buildings, M4 aims to attain zero-carbon and LEED platinum certification, and will proudly support local arts by being the home of murals and art installations.
