The City Centre 4 tower is the newest addition to Lark Group’s Health and Technology District, that, once finished, will house one of the fastest growing health and technology hubs in Canada. This 23-storey tower will have an contain an astounding 5 floors (75000 SF) of specially designed lab space, 266000 SF of office space and 21500 SF of medical office space. It will also have 2 floors for retail and restaurant use.
