Victoria's newest landmark is taking shape!

Check out all the amazing progress from our recent site visit to the eye-catching and bold TELUS Ocean development in Victoria, BC.

When finished, this beautiful new office building will boast 153,747 SF of office space over 10-storeys, and will spoil future workers with workplace convenience and amenities, such as outdoor terrace workspaces, a multi-floor indoor atrium, rooftop garden, bike lockers, end of trip facilities and electric vehicle charging.

On this project, Corbally Consulting is performing various facade structural engineering services, including the structural analysis of the performance mock up (PMU), the embed design, the podium stick built curtain wall and the tower unitized curtain wall.
