When finished, this impressive project will transform the existing Richmond Centre into a neighborhood hub with 12 mid-rise towers, 360,000 SF of retail space and 2M SF of residential properties!
Overall, Corbally Consulting is providing structural design services for the metal roof deck and composite floor deck on this project. This first site visit was to perform the structural review of the metal deck installation on the mechanical roof of Building C1.
