Just when we thought that biotech couldn't get any cooler, Vancouver-based AbCellera Biologics is expanding and upgrading their offices!
The new expansion includes the 110 W 4th building, which is half of a huge 2-building development that spans a full city block.
The combined development will serve as AbCellera's new biotechnical research campus, and will consist of a total of 380,000 sq ft of floor space. 110 W 4th building, in particular, will consist primarily of laboratory space, with 70% of it's floor plan allocated to that, and the remaining 30% for office and other support.
Corbally Consulting is thrilled to be involved in this project, providing shop drawing review and engineering for ACM panels, curtain wall as-built drawing review, analysis on on-site installation conditions, field reviews and associated Schedules.
