ON THE HORIZON

We aren't all glass towers and guard rails here at Corbally Consulting! This week's project spotlight takes us up north all the way to Eskay Creek Mine, located within the Tahltan and Tsetsaut Skii km Lax Ha First Nations territories near the Alaska/BC border.

The Eskay Creek Mine Revitalization project aims to convert a historic underground gold and silver mine into a modern and functioning open-pit mine. The project, which spans approximately 58 SQ km, is expected to process 3.6 million tonnes of ore, which will, in turn, produce between 200k to 250k troy oz of gold and between 550k and 700k troy oz of silver annually.

On this project, Corbally Consulting is performing the structural assessment of the structurally insulated roof and wall panels of the Crusher Station, Escape Tunnel, Pebble Station and Collector Station.
