Richmond Centre is transforming from an ordinary shopping center into a community hub!
With 12 mid-rise (up to 14-storey) towers, this new development will include an additional 360,000 SF of retail space and almost 2M SF of residential properties, including 141 designated affordable rental units.
The new Richmond Centre will also feature a "Park Plaza" for community gatherings, an "Entertainment District" for events, an open air "High Street", and plenty of green spaces and public art installations.
Corbally Consulting will be providing structural design services for the metal roof deck and composite floor deck on this project.
